Performance-Matching Optimization Design of Loader-Hydraulic System Based on Hydrodynamics Analysis

چکیده

The study of the performance dynamic hydraulic throttling under condition stable fluid is great significance. effect a step change in pressure differences on valve studied. This paper studies and static hydraulic-valve-outlet throttling-speed regulation system, builds more accurate mathematical model, considers linear factors flow hydraulic-valve throttling, analyzes influence step-load difference stability movement speed, constructs nonlinear model speed-regulation system outlet throttling. A sensor used to measure overshoot, pressure-difference studied steady-fluid conditions. theory analyzed verified by experiment, parameters components are modified using dynamic-change rule valve’s two-chamber pressure.
